What does the mass payments API do?
The API allows you to make mass payments:
- Within Hellenic Bank
- SEPA and SWIFT payments
How can I use this API?
You can integrate this API in your ERP system and CRM so that customer can easily make invoice, utilities and payroll payments from a single location to multiple beneficiaries, from their web or mobile app.
What currencies can I use?
Payments can be made in any valid ISO currency.
Do I need additional authentication methods i.e OTP?
Yes, transfers to third parties, other Hellenic accounts, SEPA and SWIFT payments require OTP.
Does the API provide feedback if my transaction is successful?
The API will respond with:
- an error structure if it fails any of the security, technical or rule validations
- a success structure if the credit transfer was submitted successfully
